-Go to following link: https://listserv.naropa.edu/scripts/wa.exe?GETPW1=&X=&Y=
-Enter your Naropa email followed by a new password
-After clicking on "Register Password" you will see a prompt that a confirmation has been sent to your email.
-Open your Naropa email and find confirmation from Listserv and click on the link
-Once new password has been confirmed login and verify it is working.
