1. Open the Start Menu
2. Click on Devices and Printers
3. Select the printer you would like to change your preferences on
4. Right-click on the printer
5. Click on Printer Properties
5. Click on Preferences...
6. Select the Paper/Quality tab
7. In the Paper Source: drop down menu, select the option you would prefer.
