This article will show you how to share your files via OneDrive
This article will not go over connecting to OneDrive Online, as that is covered here.
Please read the article on connecting to OneDrive Online before following this article.
Log in to OneDrive Online using your MyNaropa credentials.
Once you're logged in, you'll see your online file explorer. Hover your mouse over the file you want to share and click the three dots on the right-hand side of the file name.
A drop-down menu will appear, Select "Share."
The share window will pop up, giving you the option to choose who you want to share your files with or if you would like to create a sharing link. (Which can be sent to anyone with a Naropa account).
If you want to send an email from OneDrive directly, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with, and add a message if you'd like.
If you prefer to use Outlook to send your message or copy a link to send yourself, use the buttons at the bottom of the window to do so.
Once you've selected your sharing options, click on "Send" or "Copy Link" to share your file with others.
That's it! With these steps, you can easily share files and collaborate with others using OneDrive Online.
